There are so many reasons why we start the journey of scribbling, with all candour, in our secret journals what we see as future memoirs and biographies but halfway through we ditch the project. Some of us are halted by thoughts of, ”I am still too young for a memoir”; or, ”I haven‘t achieved enough yet”.
